Our specially trained staff will always seek to assist Service Users to achieve best outcomes. They will work with clients and ensure that care is personalized and unique to the needs of the particular individual. Our specially trained staff have the ability to deliver all round care while preserving the dignity and respect of the individual concerned. We recognise that at times a stroke can leave one with complications and disabilities such as incontinence and even the inability to talk or effectively communicate.

LIVE IN CARE

Our target clientele generally prefers to remain in the familiar comforts of their homes. We do provide suitable Carers who will provide tailor-made needs round the clock.

WAKING NIGHT

This is where Service User circumstances require Night care for personal care assistance including toileting and repositioning. We provide specialist carers to meet such needs. This is also meets the needs of Service Users who feel uncomfortable to be on their own at night.

SLEEPING NIGHT

This are similar to waking nights except that in the case of sleeping night the Carer may only be woken up once or twice overnight, Any more than that would be considered a waking night.

RESPITE CARE

This is a service we provide for families who m#need a break from caring for their loved ones. Usually a short time, a week or two whereby a family member who is a carer can take a break from caring for their relative to rest or go on holiday knowing that their loved one is being looked after by our compassionate and well trained staff who are well trained to deliver excellent person centred acre at all times. Our staff will also provide an opportunity for the Service to interrupt with other people who are not their family, and this has been known to provide a differrent kind of stimuli for lonely individuals. More importantly respite provides the family carer time to recuperate and come back refreshed and energised.
